WHO AM I?

Dinke van der Zalm is an ecologically motivated installation maker based in the Netherlands. Using a symbiotic approach, she combines the input of natural being such as plants, fungi and other intelligent organism with technological elements including sound, light and illuminations.

Dinke’s great affinity for nature means she is constantly amazed by the magic of the processes and phenomena that it brings forth. Being humbled by all the information and lessons we have yet to discover from observing natural processes, she wants to transform the collective fear for our future into hope and faith in nature.
